Editorial Standards
This site earns a commission on qualifying purchases made through its links. That is disclosed in the footer of every page. It does not change what is published: dimension and specification figures are transcribed as GAOMON states them, not written to flatter a listing.
Where the figures come from
Material, included parts and published size are taken from each listing's own title and Creators API feature text. Item dimensions are cross-checked against the Creators API's own productInfo - where that cross-check turned up a mismatch (a TV stand's own title stating a maximum TV size of 80 in against its own feature text's separate 75 in; a round table's own feature text stating a 29.53 in height against the API's separate 34.5 in), the mismatch is shown on that product's own page rather than silently resolved. Checked across all 30 products' itemDimensions for near-duplicate figures between unrelated listings (the kind of collision that would mean one figure describes a shared part, not the whole product) - two pairs matched on two of three axes: the two 47 in round tables (expected - same diameter, see above) and the two storage chests, whose matching depth and height are consistent with a shared product-line design, not an error. Nothing here has been measured in person by this site's publisher, and the site does not claim otherwise.
Every ASIN in the brief was confirmed
Unlike some catalogues, every one of the 30 products originally listed for this site returned data from the Creators API with zero errors, and every one's own byLineInfo.brand field confirmed GAOMON as the manufacturer - nothing was dropped from this catalogue for a brand mismatch or an inaccessible listing.
Why a listing's own fields are checked against each other, not assumed to agree
A product's title, its own feature text and its own Creators API productInfo don't always agree with each other - the TV stand's maximum-TV-size claim and a rug's own stated color (title vs. productInfo.color) are two examples in this range. Where a listing's own fields genuinely disagree, both figures are shown rather than one being picked as correct.
What is deliberately not here
Prices. They change daily; a printed price is wrong within a week.
Ratings and review counts. They belong to the platform that collected them - see the range FAQ on the home page for where to actually find them.
A doorway verdict for the five largest products GAOMON hasn't published enough to build one for. Each resolves to n/a on the sizing page for a specific, stated reason - this site does not estimate a shipping-carton size from an assembled dimension. See will it fit through the door.
A headboard height, on its own, for any bed frame. None of the five publishes one separately from the combined frame-and-headboard height - see the sizing pages for what that combined figure does and doesn't tell you.
Assembly instructions. Not for any of the 30 products - that comes from the manufacturer's own manual, in the box.
